TOTAL CHAOS offers a weld-on bump stop bracket designed to work with our 6h Gen Toyota 4Runner lower control arm suspension system. The new Tacoma factory suspension system design relies solely on the internal shock as the bump stop.

TC wanted to offer an upgrade that replicates the manufacturer suspension design on the LC 250 and 6th Gen 4Runner that features a bump stop bracket off the chassis that contacts the lower control arm.

The TOTAL CHAOS weld-on bump stop is designed to exclusively use a DuroBump bump stop to add cushion on full compression bottom outs. This added protection at full bottom out does not rely on the shocks bottom out system.

 

Bump stops are only for use with TOTAL CHAOS PT# 86524-E stock length lower control arms that feature a bump stop contact pad integrated into the arm.

Designed to exclusively use a DuroBumps rubber bump stop. The bump stop and shock are timed to fully compress simultaneously when the coil over shock bottoms out.

Added protection at full bottom out to not rely solely on the internal bottom out system built into the coil over shock.

DuroBumps bump stops are included and offer more cushion during harsh bottom outs.

Redundent bump stop system designed to replicate all previous generation Toyota suspensions as well as the LC 250 & 6th Gen 4Runner chassis design.

Welding is required for installation.

DOES NOT WORK WITH STOCK LOWER CONTROL ARMS.
