30-Day Adventure Guarantee:

We proudly offer a refund or exchange on all accessories within 30 days of delivery, as long as they remain uninstalled, unopened, and unused, in their original packaging. We recognize that decisions take time, so we've extended our return window to better accommodate your exploration plans.

Restocking Fee Clarity:

Most items won't encounter a restocking/cancellation fee. However, larger gear like rock sliders, bumpers, skid plates, and roof racks may be subject to such fees. All international fees/duties are the customers responsibility.

Refund and Exchange:

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email if the item was accepted or rejected. Although shipping charges are non-refundable, we're dedicated to processing your refund or exchange efficiently. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued in store credit within a specified timeframe. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and it will be deducted from the refund.
