The C4 Fabrication Overland High Clearance Rear Bumper for the 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner is built for rear-end protection, better ground clearance, and improved rear lighting. Its low-profile design maximizes your departure angle on technical terrain. The bumper is made from a laser-cut 3/16-inch P&O steel shell that guards your rear from rocks, brush, and other harsh obstacles, and it rides on 1/4-inch steel mounting brackets. The mounting system adjusts in every direction, so you can dial in the perfect fit. For recovery, the bumper comes standard with 3/4-inch thick D-ring tabs that are fully welded front and back for maximum strength.

To carry more gear, the bumper comes in Half Swing, Dual Swing, and Full Swing versions. The optional swing-out fits up to a 35-inch tire and uses a heavy-duty, anti-rattle latching system. Optional accessory mounts include a RotopaX mount, Hi-Lift jack mount, jerry can holder, and ham antenna bracket, and every mount can be moved up or down on the swing arms to suit you. Our RotopaX/Maxtrax combo mount holds up to two 4-gallon RotopaX and four Maxtrax and still leaves room for our vertical Hi-Lift mount. A single 2-gallon RotopaX can also sit flat on the swing arm without our mount. RotopaX brand mounts are not included and are required to use with our mount, and we recommend Maxtrax brand mounting pins. On the Half Swing bumper, you'll need to remove the tire mount to bolt on other accessories.

Two pod light mounts provide auxiliary lighting. They're designed specifically for Baja Designs S2 Flush Mount Lights and also fit Rigid SR-M 2×3 Lights. We can't guarantee a perfect fit for other light brands. The bumper keeps the factory parking sensors and blind spot monitoring, along with access to the OEM hitch.

Our optional 2-stage hammer black powder coat protects against the elements and gives your 4Runner's rear a sleek look. If you don't choose the powder coat, the bumper must be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust. The base bumper weighs 160 lbs, the half swing version weighs 200 lbs, and the single or dual swing version weighs 240 lbs. Installation requires cutting the plastic factory bumper, and we recommend two people for the job.

Please note: The bumper is not compatible with the electric hatch kick sensor. The swing-outs will also block the backup camera. A camera relocation kit is in development.
