If you have a newer Gen5 like I do with my 23 SR5 premium, you will need this to make the lights work properly. It was really simple to installed. Each end can only fit a particular connector. I used the morimoto install guide and just looked at the picture that diagrams which direction each side goes to. In addition, each one of these is labeled passanger or driver.
