United StatesOverall, the product is nice and comfortable. Only issue I had was that it was advertised with the TRD logo and the one that I had received did not have the logo. Not a big deal but sometimes you see something, and you get fixed on it. I was the idiot who over tightened it, do not do that as tIm gonna guess that the inside is plastic cased, however, I did add a little loctite, blue 242, so it would be snug. I am satisfied with the black on black look and the feel in my hand.
